Benefits For All Positions:

• Health insurance coverage available after 90 days of continuous employment. Procon pays 75% of the cost of the employee premium for this coverage.

• Short term disability coverage available through Mutual of Omaha after 90 days of continuous employment. Procon pays 75% of the cost of the employee premium for this coverage.

• Accident, Cancer and Life Insurance are available through Mutual of Omaha. Dental insurance is also available through Mutual of Omaha as well. A vision insurance plan is available through Eye Med. These supplemental coverages are optional and are at the cost to the employee.

• Seven Paid Holidays – New Years, Memorial Day, 4^th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

• 1 day of paid vacation after 90 days, an additional 5 days after 1 year of employment, then 1 additional day for each year of service, up to 10 paid vacation days.

• After 1 year of continuous employment with the company, participation in a 401(k) plan. Procon will match 100% of elective deferrals up to 3% of pay, plus 50% of elective deferrals that are over 3% but not over 5% of pay.
